Manage orders

To manage orders you need to be logged in as administrator
–> Sales–> Orders –> Edit
Order management is important to notify the order progress steps that can be viewed by the registered customer in their ORDERS section



Add shipment, enter the tracking code if available —> Save and continue edit

Set as delivered (click on both buttons which will appear one after the other)

The succession of these operations generates the message via e-mail to the customer and the updating of the order status in the customer’s section
