PDF Promo Management

NOTE: This plugin only works when you need to insert promos for catalogs already on the site.

This plugin allows you to insert promotions in a flipbook PDF format. To add them, you will need to access the Back Office and click on the “Plugin > Manage PDFs in topic” tab.

Next, in the screen that appears, you will be able to upload the relevant PDF by setting some (optional) values, including:

– Start date of the promo;
– End date of the promo (by setting both the start and end dates, the promotion will automatically be removed from the available promo list once it expires);
– Display order (if there are multiple promotions, this helps define the order in which they are displayed).

The two mandatory fields “Catalog” and “Title” are used to indicate the catalog to which the promotion will refer. The catalog must therefore be correctly selected from the dropdown menu; otherwise, the products inside it will not be mapped and clickable. The title is the name you wish to assign to the promotion, and it will appear above the promotion in the promo section.

By clicking on “Upload a file,” you can choose the PDF of your interest and upload it from the screen that appears.

Once the PDF is uploaded, by clicking on the “Edit” button, you can add a cover image for the flipbook PDF.

By clicking the “Edit” button, you can modify the PDF attributes, including:

– Title;
– Sorting;
– Start date;
– End date.

Once the details are modified, simply click “update” to save them or “cancel” to discard the changes.
